Ninja Super sIFR 99% complete!

A little project I have been trying to pump out over the last two weeks is a major overhaul to the sifr code we have.

And it seems we are about to reach the finish line for it.

There are still a couple of bugs to work out but overall it's pretty solid and functioning as expected.

The new Super sIFR combines a component for configuration with a plugin for the actual work.

This helps us strip away the limitations of the plugin interface in regards to parameters and allows us to give you an unlimited number of font's and an unlimited number of instances of those fonts. (though I don't recommend more than 1-2 font's per page because they are pretty heavy to download)

We are updating to the latest sIFR version 419, allowing us finally to use sIFR on links in our page, and we are also opening up with a pile of new parameters, over 20 in total, to help you shape your text how you want, and control where it displays.

We have included some basic display control code, allowing you to choose to display the sifr on all pages, all content pages, all component pages, or specific components and content items only. Giving you a lot of freedom to alter the styles of different pages of your site.

This is going to be a very exciting little component, and after a lot of thought I have decided to keep it at the silver level, even though it is almost advanced enough to warrant being a gold. So I bet a lot of people will be happy with that.

So stay tuned, it should be out within a week (unforseen problems aside)!
