What about a 'modules to exclude' option? 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hi,

I've read your article about disabling system mambots in USER type modules.
joomladigger.com/information-and-tutoria...-joomla-modules.html

However I need to enable system mambots in some user-type modules.

I see in USMP's control panel there's a "Categories to Exclude" option.

Would it be possible to add a "modules to exclude" option? So we'll be able to enable system mambots in user-type modules?

Thanks.

That wouldn't make any sense for this plugin because it will never work correctly with modules. When I get a chance to work on this plugin again I'll make it only run on content items.

That makes more sense, to just work with content items. Thanks!

Hi,
When do you think the next release of the plugin will be? I'll wait for it - cause it seems to be the best for vers. 1.0.X

I really don't have much time, I'm about to move and I have a lot of projects keeping me busy. You could try to edit the PHP yourself, it should be as simple as checking to see if the content item's id exists. If it doesn't then don't display anything.
