Hi,

We have copied our Joomla site (version 1.5.3, using php4) to a local Xampp enviroment to test it all under php5. When using the social-bookmarker-plugin I get a warning at the top of the page saying:


When I switch Xampp to php4 the warning is gone. Is this a php5 error, and if so, what can i do about it?

We use the latest xampp version which has configuration:


Anyone has a suggestion?

Can you give a link to the error?

That's a problem because we are testing in a local Xampp enviroment (so it's not on a public webserver). Waht I did find out was that there where 2 bots installed, one the social-bookmarker-mambot and the other the ultimate social bookmark plugin (version conflict?). Because I'm testing this site for a client to work with php5 I advised him to deleted both plugins and re-install only the ultimate social bookmark. Hopefully this will be done today so I can give you more details.

Yes, install only the newest version of the ultimate sb plugin. Will the production server be Linux instead of Windows? People often have problems with this plugin in Windows but it runs fine when they go live on a Linux server.

I will install latest version, and yes, production server will be linux. More details after installation.
