Over 1,000 customization options including backgrounds, pin shapes and color schemes.
Can the time period be set to NOT reset stats monthly? I'd like to keep stats accumulating for a year.

I'm not sure, I haven't looked at this module in a while. You'd have to actually go to maps.amung.us to find out, this module only adds their widget to your page.
